Each invoice is due when issued and includes a 7-day grace period. It keeps your website backed up, secure, monitored, SEO-checked, and easy to update, and it keeps a custom auto quotation system running so your site can collect enquiries, apply pricing logic, generate quotation references, send email notifications, and track leads. Care and quotation automation pause after grace if payment remains unverified, or when the plan is cancelled.

Is the RM 300/month plan compulsory?
It is included automatically when you start an Atlas website build, but there is no long-term lock-in. The first 30 days from launch are free, then the plan costs RM 300/month. You may cancel anytime; ongoing support and quotation automation pause if you cancel, while your standard website pages may remain online.
How do I cancel the care plan?
Send a care-plan cancellation request using the email address attached to your project. We confirm the effective date in writing, stop future care invoices, and pause ongoing support and quotation automation. Any already issued unpaid care invoice is cancelled.
How does monthly care billing work?
After the 30-day free trial, we send one secure RM 300 payment-link invoice for the monthly service period; your card or bank account is not charged automatically. It is due when issued and has a 7-day grace period. Reminders point to that same invoice, so unpaid months do not stack. If payment remains unverified after grace, care, support, and quotation automation pause until payment is confirmed.
Is auto quotation generation included?
Yes. Custom auto quotation generation is included as part of the Website Care + Growth + Quotation System Plan. We can build and maintain a quotation flow so your website can collect enquiry details, apply pricing or rate logic, generate quotation references, send email notifications, and track leads.
What happens to the quotation system if I cancel the RM 300/month plan?
If the Website Care + Growth + Quotation System Plan is cancelled, the automated quotation generation system will be paused. Your normal website pages may remain online, but quotation automation, quotation emails, calculation logic, lead logging, and related support will stop until the plan is reactivated.
Can I reactivate it later?
Yes. If care is suspended, pay the existing invoice. If you cancelled, request reactivation through the care-support contact flow. We may need to audit the website and quotation system before resuming automation. Reactivation does not include another free trial; if no paid service time remains, a new monthly payment-link invoice is due first.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No. We maintain the SEO foundation, fix basic issues, monitor Search Console, and make small monthly improvements. Ranking depends on competition, content depth, backlinks, reviews, and market demand.
Are edits unlimited?
No. The plan includes 1 hour of small edits per month. Larger changes, new pages, redesigns, and new features are quoted separately.
