Each monthly invoice is due when issued and has a 7-day grace period. Reminders reuse that invoice; after grace, unpaid care and quotation automation pause. Cancellation also pauses auto quotation generation and related automation.

There is no fixed SEO timeline. Changes become eligible after search engines recrawl and index them, while visibility depends on competition, authority, content, reviews, location, and demand. We implement and measure the foundation during the build, but do not promise a position or date.
You review the first design before development proceeds, and the package includes two revision rounds. We use those written review points to resolve layout, messaging, and visual direction before the build is finalised. Deposits, cancellations, and any refund are handled under the written Terms and Conditions; ask us about a concern before paying if you need a project-specific term.
Yes — Atlas is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, and is set up to work remotely with businesses in Malaysia and elsewhere. The listed build price and 3-week target from confirmed kickoff are the same unless a written scope says otherwise. Client delays, required materials, and approved scope changes can affect delivery. No in-person kickoff is required.
