By accessing or using the services provided by Atlas Studio Digital ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Atlas Studio Digital regarding your use of our web design services.

Atlas Studio Digital provides the Atlas Website + Search Visibility package — a single, fixed-price productised service that includes:

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. The total project cost will be specified in your project proposal.
Payment is required as follows:
An overdue website-build balance may delay launch, handover, or other project work. For the Website Care + Growth + Quotation System Plan, Atlas sends reminders against the same open invoice rather than stacking a new monthly invoice. Care, support, and quotation automation continue during the 7-day grace period, then pause if payment remains unverified. Paying within the grace period keeps the original service period. Paying the existing invoice after the grace period has ended reactivates the plan, and the new paid month runs for one month from the verified payment date instead of from the original due date. No late fee is added by Atlas to the RM 300 care invoice.
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. If work has not commenced, a full refund may be issued. If work has begun, refunds will be prorated based on completed work.
The Atlas Website + Search Visibility package has a 3-week target from confirmed kickoff to launch. Confirmed kickoff occurs after the deposit, completed intake, and required client materials are received. The first design concept is targeted within 5 business days of confirmed kickoff. Delays in providing required content or feedback may result in project delays and additional charges if the project extends beyond the agreed timeline.
The Atlas Website + Search Visibility package includes a first design draft and 2 revision rounds before development begins.
Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at a rate quoted and agreed in writing before any additional work begins. We will notify you before any additional charges are incurred.
Changes that go beyond the original project scope may incur additional charges. We will notify you of any additional costs before proceeding with the work.
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership rights to the final website design and code specifically created for their project. This does not include:
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ongoing support is provided through the Atlas Website Care + Growth + Quotation System Plan, which begins with a 30-day free trial from the launch date and then continues at RM 300/month. This includes backups, updates, uptime monitoring, basic SEO health checks, small edits within the included monthly support time, form/quotation-flow support, quotation system operation, and priority support. Work outside the plan scope is quoted and agreed in writing before it begins.
If the Website Care + Growth + Quotation System Plan is cancelled, Atlas Studio Digital will pause the custom auto quotation generation system and related automation. This may include quotation calculation, quotation number/reference generation, quotation email delivery, quotation form processing, Google Sheets lead logging, and any connected quotation workflow. The standard website pages may remain online, but quotation automation is only available while the Website Care + Growth + Quotation System Plan is active.
To cancel, the client must send a care-support request through the contact form or email Atlas Studio Digital from the address attached to the project. Cancellation takes effect when Atlas confirms it in writing. Future care invoices stop, and any already issued unpaid care invoice is cancelled; amounts already paid for a started monthly service period are not prorated.
A suspended client can use the existing secure payment link to reactivate care. A client who cancelled may request reactivation through the care-support contact flow; Atlas may require a website and quotation-system audit before reactivating the automation. Reactivation does not start another free trial. If no paid service time remains, a new monthly payment-link invoice is due before care and quotation automation resume.
The plan does not include unlimited edits, new feature development beyond the quotation flow, major redesigns, new page builds, advanced SEO campaigns, backlink outreach, paid ads, advanced CRM integrations, complex e-commerce, payment gateway setup, third-party subscription fees, hosting fees, domain fees, or long-form content writing unless separately quoted.
Atlas Studio Digital may use OpenAI services to draft email replies for human review. Our WhatsApp links open an ordinary conversation handled by Atlas team members; no automated WhatsApp reply bot is currently enabled. AI-generated email drafts can be incomplete or inaccurate, so important scope, pricing, legal, financial, or project decisions are confirmed by a person in writing. This operational email-drafting tool is not a separate subscription product offered under these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Studio Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We do not guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, or revenue increases from our web design services.
Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice. In the event of termination:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
